Draft Annual Reports Released for Public Comment

Below are the draft annual reports due to NYS DEC on April 1, 2026.

We are now in the public comment period. Please feel free to use the contact form below to submit questions, comments, or concerns to the coalition. Please be sure to mention which member’s report your comment refers to. You may also request that a public meeting be held to discuss a municipality’s annual report. If multiple requests are received, details for a public meeting to discuss the report will be announced.

*The last 3 questions under MCM2, asking if the draft report was put out for comment, will be marked “yes” at the time of final submission.*
